The Strength of a Woman Episode Four

Juliana saw that Angel was ready for a fight. She saw that Angel was wearing a short nicker and also putting on a vest. It was clear to her that the woman came prepared. As a pregnant woman, Juliana was not ready to risk the baby in her womb to fight with Angel. She was tired and wanted to sleep, but to her, sleeping in the mansion was not a do or die affair. If she insists on sleeping in her husband's house that night, Angel could injure her or the baby in her womb. Even though she was with the private security she hired, she made up her mind to vacate the building, at least for that night.

Already, Angel had blocked the entrance to the main building, preventing Juliana from gaining access into the house.

"I have told you not to set your feet in this house. Don't ever come here again. I suffered a lot to build this house with my husband. I will not be alive and a young woman will just come and take over the whole place and my children will be left empty-handed. So far as I'm alive,

you will not inherit anything belonging to my husband. Everything you see here and every other thing my husband owns belong to me and my children. The man is dead already and we have come to possess our possession. No going back. You better get used to seeing us around here. Look for a place for you and that thing you are carrying in your womb because there is no space for you people in my house." Angel said aggressively.

"This is my house. This is my husband's house. However, I will just allow you to win for today. That does not mean I'm afraid of you. For your Information, I can fight you, but I will not give you the opportunity you are looking for. I know you are looking for an opportunity to kick my stomach and injure my baby but that's not going to happen. I will just leave the house for you because of my baby. But don't think you have won. I will see to it that you don't achieve your aim. Thank God that my husband is still alive." Juliana said. She turned to leave and the security man followed her.

"Your husband will die soon. If you think he is going to survive this accident that happened, you better think again. You want to come and reap where you did not sow. I was young like you when I married my husband and suffered with him to build wealth. You too go and look for a young man to marry so that you people will suffer to build a family wealth. Instead, you are looking for an old man who is rich so that you will just relax and enjoy money. You were also hoping that when he dies, his money will automatically become your own. But I'm here to spoil all your plans." Angel tells Juliana, but she was already leaving and she did not respond. She felt there was no need to respond.

"Please, drive me to my shop." Juliana tells her drive who was standing beside her car.

"Madam, they have collected the car keys from me. They said I must not drive out of the compound with the car. They said the car does not belong to you." The driver said to Juliana who was surprised to hear him.

"Who said such a thing?" Juliana asked.

"I said so! I gave him the orders not to leave this compound with the car. The car does not belong to you. When you were coming to marry my husband, did you come with any car? In your whole family, there is no car owner. You think you can come here and enjoy everything I worked for? Trek with your legs to anywhere you want to go because that's how you used to trek when you were in your father's house." Angel said. She had come from the main building to the garage.

"Let's go!" Bekee tells the security man she brought. She felt there was no need talking to Angel anymore. Once they were outside the house, the security man helped Bekee to flag a taxi. They both entered the taxi and went to her shop.

"Let us stay here for today. Tomorrow, I will be able to make arrangement for a better accommodation." Juliana said. She and the security man managed to pass the night at the shop. The place was not that comfortable for her, but she was determined to endure whatever challenge that came her way that night. She did not sleep very well. As soon as it was daybreak, she woke up. The shop has so many things such as toilet and bathroom, so she was able to clean up in readiness to go back to the hospital where her husband was still recovering. As soon as she stepped out of the shop, she saw Angel standing at the door with her children.

"This shop also does not belong to you. We have come to claim it." Angel said.

"When you were in your father's house, why didn't he open a shop for you? Go back to your parents and ask them to open a shop for you. My children will take over this shop and run it. If I ever see you here again, I will show you that I suffered with my husband to build this wealth you are enjoying." Angel said. Juliana said nothing. She just left the place in silence. She boarded a tax and went to the hospital to check on her husband.

When she got to the hospital, the private investigator she hired was already there waiting for her.

"I have information for you ma." The investigator said.

"My findings show that your husband chased Angel out of his house about two years ago. They were married for many years. However, your husband found out after a DNA test that none of the children he has been raising belong to him. Angel cheated on him and bore children for other men right under his roof. Whey Chief Willie found out, he vowed not to allow any of the children inherit his wealth. That was even why he married you because he wanted to see how he can give birth to his own child who would inherit his wealth. I will advise you to play safe with Angel and her children because they are back for revenge." The investigator said.
