Searching For a Male Child Episode Two

The time was already 9pm and Eberechi hurried out of the compound in search of a man to get her pregnant. She was not just looking for any man to get her pregnant, she wants someone who could make her have a male child. She has suffered a lot of humiliation in the hands of her husband who is hell-bent on bringing another woman into the house if Eberechi failed to bear a male child for him in her next pregnancy. Already, Eberechi has eight children and all of them are girls. Her husband, Okenwa is rich and he wants a son who would inherit his money. That is why Eberechi is out this night looking for another man to get her pregnant so she could bear a boy.

Eberechi already has someone in mind. His name is Mr Alozie. Mr Alozie has a house just two blocks away from Eberechi's house, so, it was not difficult for her to just walk to the place. Her doctors have told her that it was not her fault that she is not bearing a male child. They said she was just bringing out whatever her husband puts in her body. So, Eberechi was confident that Mr Alozie must be able to give her a male child if he eats from her honey pot. She got to the gate of Alozie's house and knocked. A gateman opened for her to come in. Since she has been living in the estate, she has never visited Alozie's house. However, they know each other because the estate is a small place where everyone is known.

"Is your Oga inside?" Eberechi asked the gateman who opened the door for her. She was talking in hushed tones as if she did not want passersby to hear her voice.

"Yes ma! Oga is inside! He just returned from work and he is resting in the living room. Is there any problem?" The gateman asked Eberechi. She merely shook her head and begged to be taken to Alozie's living room.

"Please, let me just see him briefly." Eberechi pleaded. The gateman nodded his head and took her to the living room.

"Good evening sir!" Eberechi greeted Alozie respectfully. She almost knelt down to greet him.

"Good evening madam! Ah! This one that you came to my house today, is everything alright?

They say the toad does not jump in the afternoon in vain. What brought you to my house? Please, sit down and talk. You look so worried. What is the matter?" Alozie asked. He called one of his house helps and asked her to bring a bottle of malt for Eberechi. He also said the lady should bring a nice shawarma for Eberechi.

"Please, go ahead and talk to me. What is the matter? What brings to my house at this time of the night?" Alozie asked. Alozie is not an old man. He is 35 years old but he is not married yet. He looks so handsome under the bright light in the beautiful living room. Eberechi sat down and started talking.

"Sir, please, I have special request to make and you must not say no!" Eberechi said. Alozie was surprised because he has never thought of even talking to Eberechi in private. They just greet each other whenever the see and everyone would pass. This one that she is making a special request seems worrisome to Alozie.

"What is the request? What would you want me to do for you?" Alozie asked.

"Eat from my honey pot and get me pregnant. I want us to start tonight. We can start immediately! Please, don't say no. I want us to proceed to your bedroom and start bedroom action immediately." Eberech said without mincing words. Alozie was surprised to hear such words from a married woman. He immediately started thinking that Eberechi had come to set a trap for him.

"What do you mean when you said I should get you pregnant?

Did you mean I should make love to you tonight? Like, you want me to eat from your honey pot? Are you joking or what?" Alozie asked, wanting to make sure he heard Eberechi well.

"I'm not joking. How can I be joking with that kind of thing? I want you to do it for me. That's exactly what I mean sir. I want you to touch me. Go ahead and do it. I give you the permission because I want to get pregnant through you. This is a matter of urgency and it has to do with my life. Please, help me. This will be between the two of us. No other ears will hear about it." Eberech said. She knelt down and started begging Alozie. Alozie was embarrassed and even speechless. How can a married woman be begging him to get her pregnant?

"What happened to your husband? I thought you were married and you already have many children? From what I heard from people in the estate, you even have up to eight beautiful children. Why are you looking for another child? By the why, why don't you want your husband to get you pregnant? Why are you looking for another man outside your marriage? Don't you think it is a bad thing to do?" Alozie asked with surprised all over his face.

"No sir! It is not a bad thing. I'm just trying to save my marriage. You are right that I have so many children, but they are all girls. My husband is threatening to marry another woman if I fail to give him a male child this year. I want to try another man to see if I will give birth to a male child. You don't have to worry, no one will hear about it. I will pin the pregnancy on my husband. No one will even know that you are the one who got me pregnant. Please, let's go to your bedroom." Eberechi said. She had started crying.

"Please, stop crying. You are embarrassing me. "Alozie said.

"No, I will not stop crying and I'm not going anywhere until you do what I have asked you to "No, I will not stop crying and I'm not going anywhere until you do what I have asked you to do." Eberechi said. Her tears increased. As they were still talking, she rushed around the house, looking for Alozie's bedroom. Soon, she found it. Alozie was pursuing her but she was already in his bedroom. She had pushed the door, entered inside and climbed the bed.

"Please, come and join me here. This is very important to me. I don't have anyone else to run to except you. Come and do it let me go back home before my husband will discover that I'm not at home." Eberech said.
