Part (5) "Denise and Danny"

The week that followed was pretty quiet. Ron's car was back home and he and Debbie seemed to be getting along fine from what I could see. The new couple next door were largely out of sight. although cars would stop by at all hours, but only for about 15- minutes or so before leaving again. I was pretty sure they were selling drugs out of the place. Denise and I worked and went through each day like mostly unattached roommates.

Our 14-year old neighbor, Danny, stopped by often and I noticed he started spending more time inside talking with Denise when he came over, instead of hanging out with me in the garage. Denise said she was helping him with homework and was just being a soundboard for him regarding his new relationship with Sarah and life in general. I did notice she often went without a bra when he stopped by and wore more revealing clothes in front of him. Danny took notice too and constantly stared at her when she walked around the kitchen. Far from jealous, I was actually turned on by this flirtation. I wished an older woman had acted like that around me when I was his age. I thought it was good for Denise as well, since she had recently lost her sexual appetite.

That Saturday I came up from the garage and Danny was standing in the kitchen talking with Denise. She was wearing shorts, a loose-fitting shirt with a large cowl neck and from what I could see, no bra. I asked, "Do we have any beer left?", and watched how Denise handled the question. She walked over and opened the fridge and bent over to look, her shirt falling forward as she leaned forward. Danny noticed this and walked over to the fridge to 'help look', I could see the beer in the fridge from where I was standing, and thought about the effect of the cold air on her nipples, which I'm pretty sure were in clear view from where Danny was standing. Denise stayed bent over looking for it, her shirt hanging open, Danny staring wide-eyed down the front, eyes locked on her exposed breasts.

She finally reached in and grabbed a Heineken, stood up and handed it to me. Danny shot a worried glance at me like he was busted looking down her shirt, but I just smiled at him.

"Thank you for the beer... Danny, do you want anything to drink?"

Danny laughed and said, "I'd love a Heineken, if that's cool with you."

Denise bent over again and reached for another beer, then stayed there, bent over, for a moment, "As long as this is just between us.

You won't tell anybody, will you?" Danny was just standing there,

frozen in place, staring down the front of her shirt.

He finally blurted out "Never! I would never talk about this, I promise!"

I almost laughed at his comment. He was almost pleading with Denise for more I looked down at Danny's pants and his exciternent was quite visible.

"I'm headed back down to the garage. Either of you need anything?" I knew Danny wasn't going to be following me. Denise replied, "I was hoping to talk Danny into helping me clean the kitchen floors." She turned to Danny, "I'll pay you."

Danny replied almost immediately, "That would be great! I really don't have anything going on."

"Okay. Have fun!", and I headed back downstairs. I went into the garage, took off my clothes and changed into my coveralls. I thought about what was going on upstairs with Danny and Denise. This was a side of Denise I had never seen, and I found it arousing.

I opened the garage door in hopes that one of the neighborhood giris might stop by, or I might see Debbie across the street. What i saw was the brunette in the blue house trying desperately to start her car. She looked pretty frazzled and her blonde roommate wasn't much help. I walked out to the curb, "You need any help?"

"Oh God, could you?" said the blonde, almost pleading in her response. I walked over and introduced myself. "I can't believe we haven't met yet, I'm Jeff. What's going on?"

The blonde responded with a wide smile, "HI! I'm Stephanie, and this is Carly. Her car won't start. I think it's out of gas." Carly broke in, "I just put gas in it, but the gauge is broken, so I'm not sure.. I really have to get to work though-I'm already late!"

The hood was up, so I pulled the air cleaner and pumped the throttle linkage... nope. "It looks like you are out of gas. I've got a can in the garage- I'll be right back." I ran across the street and retrieved my gas can. As I poured the contents into the car Stephanie swooned around me. Carly cranked the motor and after a few long turns it fired off.

Stephanie jumped up and down like a cheerleader, "You are like a knight in shining armor!" Carly smiled widely from the driver's seat and chimed in, "You just saved my job. How can we repay you?"
