There is definitly no doubt that Dumi Masilela was a very gifted musician and one of the songs he sang before he died just over a year ago was released Just Recently. Dumi was fatally shot in August 2017 during a hijacking in Tembisa, in Johannesburg.
The song, Uphushiwe, is a love song with a brilliant afro-beat that will get you moving before you know it. “UPhushiwe” is the same love song that Masilela serenaded Ngema with during their traditional wedding ceremony.
