“Respect Yourself , What’s Your Purpose?”- Kate Henshaw Warns Against Gatecrashing Events

Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has advised the public against attending events and parties without invitations, warning that such behavior is disrespectful and unnecessary.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, Henshaw questioned the purpose of gatecrashing events and criticized those who bring large groups of uninvited guests to gatherings.

“I want to talk about something rampant, has been rampant and is still rampant. I just want to ask those of you who show up uninvited at events and parties, what’s your purpose? What do you aim to achieve?”

She also addressed individuals who ignore invitation limits, bringing entire groups without consulting the host:

“Then, those of you who receive a card that admits only one person and invite all your village people, don’t check with the host; you pack people and come. What are you doing there? Why don’t you respect yourself and stay away? It’s rude, you’re a gate crasher.”

Henshaw concluded by urging everyone to respect themselves and others by only attending events to which they are properly invited.

“Respect yourself enough to stay away from places you aren’t invited to. Like?”
