Auchi Poly Students Union notice on rescheduling of missed CBE examination for Final Year students

The Students' Union wishes to inform all students who missed their Computer-Based Examination (CBE) during the just concluded First Semester Examination that, following extensive consultations and constructive engagement with the Polytechnic Management, a resolution has been reached in respect of their academic consideration.

You may recall that the Students' Union previously issued a directive inviting affected students to submit their details for collation. This process was undertaken to enable formal representation and subsequent submission to the School Management for necessary action.

Consequent upon diligent dialogue and sustained advocacy, the Management of Auchi Polytechnic, under the leadership of the Rector, has graciously approved that eligible students be granted the opportunity to sit for the missed examinations.

This approval is strictly limited to students who meet the following conditions:

- Students currently in ND II and HND II

- Students who have fully paid their prescribed school fees;

- Students whose names were duly submitted during the official collation exercise conducted by the Students' Union.

Affected students are hereby advised to Check their respective Departments to ascertain the scheduled dates for the Evening Studies Programme examinations for the relevant courses.

Eligible students are to present themselves accordingly and sit for their examinations alongside the Evening Studies Programme students.

The Students' Union remains steadfast in its commitment to the academic welfare and representation of the student body, and appreciates the cooperation and understanding of the Polytechnic Management.
