Federal University Zaria announces orientation and matriculation for new students, 2025/2026

The management of the university has announced the Orientation Programme and Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to a notification signed by Muhammad Ibrahim, Committee Secretary (for the Committee Chairman), the Orientation Programme will take place on Tuesday, 14th April, 2026 at 10:00am prompt at Dr. A. A. Ladan Hall.

The Matriculation Ceremony follows on Wednesday, 15th April, 2026, also at 10:00am prompt, at Dr. M. I. Maccido Hall.

Heads of Departments are to note that no lectures will hold throughout the two days. They are also expected to mobilise students to attend both events. Faculty Officers must be present at the venues to guide matriculating students for proper conduct.
