UNIUYO Faculty of Management Sciences Students Association notice to new students
The Directorate of Information, Faculty of Management Sciences Students Association (FAMSSA), University of Uyo Chapter, has issued an important notice mandating all Year One and Direct Entry students to submit required admission documents.
According to the directive, students are to submit their files to the Faculty Officer on or before Friday, April 10, 2026. The association emphasized that all documents must be properly arranged in a specified order before submission.
The required documents include: Screening Form, 2025/2026 Student Information Form, Notification of Admission Status, Offer of Provisional Admission Letter, JAMB Original Result Slip or E-Registration, GCE/SSCE Certificate or equivalent (OND/JUPEB/Direct Entry Screening Form), Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, Recommendation/Attestation Letter, Certificate of Origin, Acceptance Fee Receipt, Authority to Pay, School Fee Receipt, Online Course Registration Form, Departmental Dues Receipt, Faculty Dues Receipt, and Matriculation Pledge.
FAMSSA also noted that any sworn affidavit, where applicable, should be attached behind the affected document. Students are further instructed to photocopy all required documents into four separate files.
The notice stressed that compliance is compulsory and urged students to treat the directive as both important and urgent.
