UDUS update on issuance of manual examination cards
UDUS update on issuance of manual examination cards
Our attention has been drawn to the inability of some NELFUND sponsored students to generate and print their e-Exam card for EMC authentication. In view of this, EMC Faculty Reps have been requested to issue Manual Examination Cards to this category of students and others who have paid their registration fees but are also unable to generate and print their e-Exam cards.
The issuance of the Manual Examination Cards will be based on the following conditions, and for which the EMC Faculty Reps must strictly adhered to:
i. NELFUND sponsored students are to generate and print evidence of verified payment for the 2025/2026 session from the NELFUND portal.
ii. Self-sponsored students are to obtain verified payment evidence for the 2025/2026 session from the Bursary. The students shall present evidence of (i) or (ii) with a clean passport photograph to the EMC Faculty Reps for processing.
iii. Students with no evidence of payment must not be entertained.
iv. Affected students shall only present themselves to their EMC Faculty Rep (not any other person).
v. A copy of evidences in (i) and (ii) must be submitted to the EMC Faculty Rep (for record purpose) and the list of students issued with such cards must be maintained.
vii. Any issuance of the Manual Examination card contrary to the conditions (i) -
(vi) is a gross violation of the regulations and could not be without a sanction.
Thank you in anticipation of your usual cooperation in this regard.
