TASU notice to new students on upload of signatures for ID Card production
The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Taraba State University, Jalingo, has announced the commencement of the production of Identity Cards for all newly admitted students.
In a circular issued on Monday, the Director of ICT, Dr. Umar Ali Bukar, disclosed that a significant number of students are yet to upload their signatures on the student portal—a compulsory requirement for the processing of the ID cards.
All affected students are hereby directed to log in to their portals and upload a clear copy of their signature on or before Friday, 6th March 2026.
According to the statement, failure to comply with the directive within the stipulated deadline may result in delays in the production and issuance of the cards.
The circular, signed by Kenda Nwhesire Peter on behalf of the Director, also advised returning students who have misplaced their ID cards to log into their portal and apply for a replacement.
