VeryDarkMan Says BLord Cannot Legally Use Brand Names ‘Blunt and Blord’, Threatens Legal Actions

Nigerian social commentator VeryDarkMan has announced plans to take legal action against businessman B Lord over the use of the name “B Lord” for business purposes.

VeryDarkMan revealed that after successfully trademarking the name “B Lord,” he also secured rights to “Blunt Gadgets,” a product associated with B Lord. He accused B Lord of continuing to use the brand name to advertise and sell products despite the trademark registration.

Addressing critics who questioned how he was able to trademark the name, VeryDarkMan explained that the key factor is Class 35 of the trademark classification, which covers commercial and business-related activities. He stated that once a trademark is approved under this category, the holder gains exclusive rights to use the name for business and advertising within that class.

According to him, if B Lord continues to use the name for products or promotions within the same trademark class without authorization, it could amount to infringement and lead to legal consequences. He added that his lawyers are prepared to proceed with a lawsuit if necessary.
