This is to inform all HND 1 students to urgently log in to the MAPCED Portal (https://www.mapced.com.ng) and submit the following details on or before 23rd February, 2026:

JAMB Registration Number

National Identification Number (NIN)

Date of Birth

This information is compulsory and highly important as it is required for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) loan application which is closing on 27th February, 2026

All concerned students are advised to treat this notice with utmost urgency. Failure to comply on or before the stated deadline may affect your eligibility.

Kindly ensure this message is widely circulated among all HND 1 students.
