Nigerian music star Davido has continued to express frustration over his ongoing custody dispute involving his daughter, Imade.

The latest reaction comes days after reports surfaced alleging that the singer lost his temper during court proceedings in Yaba. According to claims shared online by a lawyer, Davido was said to have become visibly upset during cross-examination, leading to tension in the courtroom.

Responding on social media, the singer dismissed several narratives about the case, insisting he never sought full custody of his daughter but only requested joint parenting rights. He also revealed that he has now decided to withdraw the case entirely, stating that his daughter would grow up knowing he fought for her.

Davido further accused the legal team representing Imade’s mother, Sophia Momodu, of bringing up his late son, Ifeanyi, during proceedings a move he described as deeply hurtful.

In another emotional post, the singer lashed out at critics, writing:
