KASU extends new students' verification and registration deadline

Kaduna State University (KASU) informs all candidates who received a Provisional Admission Offer for the 2025/2026 Academic Session via JAMB that the final deadline for screening and registration is Friday, 23rd January 2026. Candidates who fail to complete registration by this date will automatically forfeit their admission. No further extension will be granted under any circumstances.

Screening Schedule

Date: Friday, 23rd January 2026

Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Daily)

Venue: Directorate of Admissions and Examinations, KASU Main Campus

Pre-screening Requirements

• Login to your SAFapply (Post UTME) portal.

• Upload a clear scanned copy of your JAMB Admission Letter:

  1. Go to your dashboard and click Edit Application.

  2. Scroll to "Document Upload" section and click Upload to select your JAMB Admission Letter.

  3. Preview and Submit to save.

• Print out the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip from your portal as proof of completion.

Documents Required for Screening

Candidates must present the following documents in order:

1. JAMB Admission Letter (printed from JAMB CAPS)

2. Original JAMB Result Slip

3. O-Level Result(s) (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, etc.)

4. Valid Scratch Card for the O-Level result used in the application

5. Two (2) copies of Online Generated O-Level Result (printed directly from official portal)

6. Birth Certificate or Sworn Age Declaration

7. Primary School Leaving Certificate

8. Certificate of Local Government/Indigene Certificate

9. Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (printed from SAFapply portal)

10. NIN Slip
