UNILAG announces closure of Car Park ahead of the 56th convocation ceremony

The University of Lagos (UNILAG) community is hereby informed of the temporary closure of the Senate House Car Park, Opposite J. F. Ade. Ajayi (Main) Auditorium, UNILAG, from Sunday, January 18 to Thursday, January 22, 2026.

Members of staff are advised to make use of Kosoko Drive Quadrangle during this period.

The restriction is part of efforts aimed at ensuring hitch-free logistics during the Convocation Lecture scheduled for Monday, January 19, 2026, and Congregation for the Award of Certificates, Diplomas, First Degrees, Executive Masters, Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters, Ph.Ds. as well as Award of Professor Emeritus, Distinguished Professor, Gold Medal Award and Conferment of Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Tuesday, January 20 to Thursday, January 22, 2026 at the J. F. Ade. Ajayi Auditorium, UNILAG.
