BUK notice on Documentation exercise for students admitted in 2024/2025 session

This is to inform all current level 100 and level 200 undergraduate students (Admitted in the 2024/2025 Academic Session) to come for a  compulsory Documentation Exercise scheduled to commence from Monday, 19th January, 2026 to Friday, 30th January, 2026 at the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus,BUK.

The students should come along with original and photocopies of the following items for the documentation exercise:

1. JAMB Admission Letter

2. BUK Admission Letter

3. JAMB Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry Candidates)

4. BUK Direct Entry Screening Acknowledgement Slip (Direct Entry Candidates)

5. JAMB Result Slip (UTME Candidates)

6. A Level Statement of Result (Direct Entry Candidates Only)

7. Printed Copies of O' level result(s) with result Checker Card attached (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS e.t.c.).

8. Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (Optional)

9. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age

10. Completed Undertaking Form

11. Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees

12. Certificate of Medical Fitness

13. Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs

Note: The Documentation Exercise is compulsory for all current Level 100 and 200 students.
