Edo State College of Nursing notice on orientation & clearance for preparatory Class programme

The Edo State College of Nursing Sciences (EDOCNS), located at KM 6, Benin–Sapele Road, by Godwin Abbe Junction (Limit Road), Benin City, Edo State, has announced the schedule for the clearance and orientation programme for newly admitted students into its Preparatory Class Programme for the 2026 academic session.

According to an official bulletin issued on 6th January, 2026, the activities have been arranged as follows:

Clearance Exercise

Date: Wednesday, 7th – Thursday, 8th January, 2026

Time: 8:30 a.m. daily

Venue: Main Auditorium

Orientation Programme

Date: Friday, 9th January, 2026

Time: 8:30 a.m.

Venue: Main Auditorium

The management of the institution advised all newly admitted preparatory class students to be punctual and properly prepared for the exercise. Students are required to come along with the original copies and photocopies of the following credentials:

1. WAEC, NECO or NABTEB result/certificate

2. Birth Certificate

3. Online Application Slip

4. Local Government of Origin Certificate

5. Two (2) colour passport photographs

6. Admission Letter

The college emphasized that compliance with these requirements is mandatory for successful clearance.

The announcement was signed by the Management and released through the Public Relations Unit of the institution.
