FUKASHERE update on resumption, matriculation and examination schedule

The Federal University of Kashere (FUK) has announced that the ongoing holiday season will officially end on January 4, with full academic activities set to resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.

In a notice released by the university management, students were strongly advised to prioritize their safety by avoiding night journeys and unnecessary night outings within Kashere, citing security concerns.

The institution also disclosed that matriculation for newly admitted students has been scheduled for January 8, 2026. All concerned students have been encouraged to prepare adequately and appear presentable, as the ceremony marks a significant milestone in their academic journey.

Furthermore, the university confirmed that the examination timetable remains unchanged, with examinations slated to commence on January 26, 2026.

The management wished students success in their academic pursuits and urged everyone to remain vigilant and safe as activities resume on campus.
