Makinde frustrated over presidential ambition, lacks guts to tell PDP leaders – Wike

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, has accused Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State of being frustrated due to his presidential ambition.

Wike said Makinde lacked the “guts” to reveal his intended presidential ambition to PDP leaders.

He made this disclosure during his end-of-the-year media chat in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

According to Wike: “There is nothing wrong with having ambition, and he does not even have the guts to tell us he is running for president.

“And you see, I have told everybody, frustration. If you watch Seyi Makinde on that media channel, you can see frustration. And this young man, we have advised him severely.

“Politics is not like being a contractor with Shell; politics is not like being a contractor with MTN. It’s all different rules.

“It’s all different. When did Seyi Makinde come into politics? When did he come into politics?

“Frustration can make you do a lot of things that could cause you damage.”
