Aminu Saleh College of Education announces commencement of 2025/2026 session
The Management of Aminu Saleh College of Education (ASCOEA), Azare, has announced that the 2025/2026 Academic Session will officially commence on Monday, January 5, 2026.
This was disclosed in a circular issued by the Office of the Registrar, addressed to all staff, students, and the general public.
Registration Schedule
Registration for new and returning students in both NCE and Undergraduate programmes has been scheduled as follows:
NCE Programme
Normal Registration: January 5 – January 17, 2026
Late Registration: January 19 – January 24, 2026
Lecture Period: January 5 – April 17, 2026
Undergraduate Programme
Normal Registration: January 5 – January 26, 2026
Late Registration: January 26 – February 2, 2026
Lecture Period: January 12 – April 18, 2026
Late Registration Penalty
The College Management emphasized that late registration attracts an additional fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000). Students who fail to register within both the normal and late registration periods will be required to defer the academic session.
Admission letters for both NCE and Undergraduate students are now ready for collection at the Admission and Registration Office, beginning Monday, January 5, 2026.
Students are strongly advised to comply with the registration timelines, as the College will not entertain complaints after the closure of registration.
The circular was signed by Suleiman Shehu, For the Registrar, and copied to all Principal Officers, Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments, Programme Coordinators, Union Chairmen (COEASU, SSUCOEAN, NASU), the SUG President, and Notice Boards.
