Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic announces Christmas break

The management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, has announced the commencement of its 2025 Christmas break for all students.

According to a circular issued by the Office of the Registrar and dated 18th December, 2025, the Christmas break will begin on Monday, 22nd December, 2025, and run through Friday, 2nd January, 2026. The break is intended to enable students to celebrate the Christmas and New Year festivities.

The notice further directed all students to proceed on the break as stated, while security personnel have been instructed to maintain heightened vigilance over lives and property on campus throughout the festive period.

Management also announced that normal academic activities will resume on Monday, 5th January, 2026.
