The Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Uyo, wishes to inform all students who received fee payments through the NELFUND scheme that the amounts disbursed on their behalf have exceeded the exact fees required by the institution.

To facilitate the refund of the excess payment, affected students are required to take the following steps:

1. Write a formal letter addressed to the School Bursar, explicitly requesting a refund of the overpaid amount.

2. Obtain an official receipt from the Faculty Finance Officer's office and ensure it is duly stamped.

3. Submit both the stamped receipt and the request letter to the Bursary Unit for further processing.

The management advises all concerned students to adhere strictly to this procedure to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
