Controversial social media activist VeryDarkMan has revealed that he successfully recovered the ₦3 million he claimed was fraudulently taken from his NGO funds by a borehole drilling company.

The activist had earlier taken to social media to detail how he had contracted a company identified as DESCO to drill a borehole. He alleged that the company scammed him of the ₦3 million payment and subsequently stopped taking his calls.

In a new update, VeryDarkMan revealed that the funds had been recovered, specifically naming a prominent figure in connection with the refund.

The activist’s recovery of the funds brings an apparent end to the conflict over the alleged scam, though the exact role of Hon. Jibrin in the refund process was not detailed in the statement.
