The Directorate of Information, Students’ Union, Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU), has announced that the physical screening exercise for fresh students admitted for the 2025/2026 academic session will begin on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025.

According to the notice signed by the Director of Information, Comr. Elijah Ubong, all newly admitted students are required to appear for the screening with the necessary documents.

Required Documents Include:

Acceptance Fee Teller (Receipt)

Original WAEC Certificate (not printout)

Original NECO Result

WAEC Scratch Card

NECO Token/Verification PIN

JAMB Result

JAMB Admission Letter (Institution’s Copy Only)

Medical Certificate of Fitness

Recommendation Letter

Recent Passport Photographs

AKSU School Files with Clips

Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

 

For Direct Entry Candidates Only:

A-Level Result(s)

Students are advised to neatly arrange all documents to avoid delays during the exercise. The Directorate added that further updates and clarifications will be communicated in due course.
