UNIUYO Computer Engineering department notice on payment of departmental dues

The Office of the Financial Secretary, Association of Computer Engineering Students (ACES), University of Uyo, has announced an important update regarding the payment and confirmation of departmental dues.

In the press release signed by Comr. Abasiama Inemesit, the department confirms that the process of converting bank tellers to official receipts has officially begun. Students who made payments through the microfinance bank earlier today are advised to present their tellers for conversion.

The department also emphasized that all departmental dues must now be paid only into the official account provided by the association. The approved amount for departmental dues is Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000).

All students are required to fill the official form and upload their evidence of payment for proper documentation and issuance of receipts. The form can be accessed through the link below:

The notice further states that backdated conversions of tellers to receipts will attract a fine of ₦500 per session, while graduating students will pay ₦1,000 only for the same process.
