MAUTECH releases schedule for distribution of admission letters for 2025/2026 session

Modibbo Adama University, Yola, has released the official schedule for the distribution of institutional copies of admission letters for the 2025/2026 academic session for both UTME and Direct Entry candidates. According to the Registrar’s office, the exercise will take place at the Admission Office on designated dates for each faculty.

The distribution begins on Monday, 1st December 2025, with the Faculty of Agriculture, covering programmes such as Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Fisheries, Crop Protection, and Soil Science.

On Tuesday, 2nd December 2025, the Faculty of Environmental Sciences—including Architecture, Building, Geography, Industrial Design, Surveying & Geoinformatics, and Urban & Regional Planning—is scheduled.

The Faculty of Engineering follows with two phases:

Wednesday, 3rd December 2025 for Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Thursday, 4th December 2025 for Agricultural & Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.

The Faculty of Law—Common Law and Common & Islamic Law—is slated for Friday, 5th December 2025.

Distribution continues on Monday, 8th December 2025 with the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences, including Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Business Administration.

The next day, Tuesday, 9th December 2025, Economics, Information Technology, and Library & Information Science will receive theirs.

Under the Faculty of Life Sciences, Biochemistry and Biotechnology are scheduled for Wednesday, 10th December 2025.

Biological Sciences (Zoology) and Laboratory Technology will follow on Thursday, 11th December 2025, while Microbiology and Plant Science are set for Friday, 12th December 2025.

The College of Medical Sciences—Medicine & Surgery and Nursing Science—will have their distribution on Monday, 15th December 2025.

Finally, the Faculty of Physical Sciences will be attended to in two batches:

Tuesday, 16th December 2025 for Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Mathematics with Economics.

Wednesday, 17th December 2025 for Operations Research, Statistics, Physics, and Geology.

The exercise concludes on Thursday, 18th December 2025 with the Faculty of Education, covering all Technology Education programmes, Vocational Education, Science Education, and Construction Technology Education.

Students are advised to strictly adhere to the schedule and appear on their faculty’s assigned dates for smooth processing.
