FUDUTSE releases notice to 2025 admission applicants

The Federal University Dutse (FUD) has issued an official notice to all applicants seeking admission for the 2025/2026 academic session, directing them to verify their admission status on both the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and the FUD Post-UTME portal.

According to the statement released by the Office of the Registrar, Directorate of Academic Affairs (Admissions Unit), candidates are expected to follow the outlined procedures immediately.

1. Admission Check on JAMB Portal

Applicants are required to visit the JAMB website at www.jamb.gov.ng, log in to CAPS under the Candidates section, and check or accept their admission offer.

2. Admission Check on FUD Portal

Candidates must also visit the university’s Post-UTME portal at www.putme.fud.edu.ng to confirm their admission and follow instructions to print their admission letter after paying the non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦2,000.

3. Registration for Newly Admitted Students

Registration is scheduled to commence on Monday, December 1, 2025. All newly admitted students are to report to their respective departments or faculties for verification and clearance with original copies of their credentials before completing central registration on the university portal.

The university also noted that additional admission lists will be released as JAMB continues with the admission process.
