The Confederation of African Football, CAF, has appointed Senegalese referee Issa Sy for the Champions League matchday two fixture between Rivers United and Moroccan side RS Berkane.

Sy will be assisted by fellow countrymen Djibril Camara (Assistant 1) and Nouha Bangoura (Assistant 2).

El Hadji Amadou Sy will serve as fourth official, while Bakary K. Jammeh from Gambia will oversee the proceedings.

The match is scheduled to take place at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Friday, November 28.

WAPLOADED recalls that Rivers United suffered a 3-0 defeat in their opening group game against defending champions Pyramids FC last weekend. Zambian side Power Dynamos also lost by the same margin to the three-time Confederation Cup champions RS Berkane.
