Mavin Records boss and renowned music executive, Don Jazzy, has showered praises on his former signee, Wande Coal.

During an interactive session with fans on 𝕏, a user complimented Don Jazzy who recently opened up about his wealth saying he had the most distinctive and exceptional voice in the Nigerian music industry.

The fan wrote:

“You’ve got the best and most unique voice in the music industry.”

In response, Don Jazzy humbly acknowledged that while his voice is indeed unique, Wande Coal holds the title for the best vocals.

He replied:

“Most unique I agree, best na Wande [Coal].”

Wande Coal, who rose to fame under Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records, is often celebrated as one of Afrobeats’ finest vocalists. His smooth, powerful, and versatile voice has influenced a new wave of artists, with stars like Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Oxlade openly crediting him as an inspiration.
