The Directorate of Information and Public Relations, National Association of Physical Science Students, University of Uyo (UNIUYO), has announced the commencement of physical screening for all freshmen in the Faculty of Physical Sciences.

According to the notice, all newly admitted students are expected to proceed to the Faculty Office at the Permanent Site for the exercise.

The required documents for the screening include:

WASSCE/NECO/GCE original result

Certificate of Origin

Duly stamped Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt

NIN Certificate

2025/2026 Post-UTME Online Registration Form

Six (6) passport photographs with red background

JAMB result slip

Birth Certificate/Age Declaration

JAMB & UNIUYO Notification of Admission

Recommendation Letter

The Directorate emphasized that the recommendation letter must be issued by a village head, pastor, or senior civil servant not below level 12. Freshmen are cautioned not to pay for or obtain recommendation letters from cyber cafes.
