The family feud between Nollywood star Regina Daniels and her husband, Ned Nwoko, appears to have taken a more dramatic turn following reports that her elder brother and sister were allegedly detained.

In a recent social media post, Regina claimed that her estranged husband ordered the arrest of her siblings as a means to force her to return to him and undergo rehabilitation. The actress expressed frustration over the situation, questioning why things must turn so bitter when two people are no longer interested in being together.

According to Regina, she had chosen to remain silent despite being publicly labelled a drug addict, but now feels compelled to speak out. The 24-year-old actress said she could no longer hide her pain.

Meanwhile, in a viral video making rounds online, Rita Daniels, Regina’s mother, lashed out at Nwoko, accusing him of tarnishing their family’s name despite their past support for him. She alleged that Regina contributed $20,000 to his election campaign, while she herself also invested both money and effort into his political pursuits.

Rita further criticized the billionaire politician, claiming that his children do not appear to be living the lifestyle expected of someone with his level of wealth.
