The University of Port Harcourt Institute of Natural Medicine invites qualified candidates to apply for admission into its Postgraduate Diploma in Natural Medicine Technology (PGDNMT) programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. This programme is designed to train professionals in the science and technology of natural and traditional medicine, blending modern research with indigenous knowledge for health development.

PROGRAMME OFFERED:

• Postgraduate Diploma in Natural Medicine Technology (PGDNMT)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for admission to the professional postgraduate diploma in Natural Medicine Technology, applicants must:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognized institution in Life, Chemical, Agricultural, Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences; OR

• Hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in another field but have at least five (5) years of verifiable experience in traditional medicine, and demonstrate a verifiable interest in public health, with at least a Second Class Lower from a recognized university.

PROGRAMME DURATION:

• Minimum: 12 calendar months

• Maximum: 36 calendar months
