Rapper Cardi B has shut down a strange rumor about her body and her relationship with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

During a Wednesday, September 24 appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the 32-year-old artist responded to online claims that Diggs ended things with her because of “an odor” from her Brazilian butt lift.

“There’s a rumor that my boyfriend dumped me because my BBL stinks. The thing about me is I’m very, very good about how I smell,” Cardi said, laughing before making it clear the story is false.

Wearing Diggs’ New England Patriots jersey for the taping, she added there’s “no science behind” the bizarre claim. “How would a BBL stink if you don’t got no open wounds? Why? Cause you’re a is fatter? I practically did a tummy tuck on my a, like on top, so I could remove some biopolymers. I look at myself in the mirror, and it’s like I really wouldn’t change a thing. Maybe I would like my backside to be smaller, but it’s really hard for my backside to be smaller.”

Cardi also opened up about her cosmetic journey, explaining she had a backside reduction procedure to remove biopolymers but sometimes still wishes her figure were smaller.

She went on to discuss her relationship with Diggs, 31. The pair were first linked in October 2024 and went public when they were spotted together at Coachella in April. Since then they’ve attended Met Gala afterparties, sat courtside at Knicks games, and recently revealed they are expecting their first child together.

The romance comes as Cardi continues her divorce from Offset, with whom she shares three children.
