Nollywood star Nkechi Blessing has turned an incident of online body-shaming into a bold celebration of self-love.

After an unflattering gym photo of her surfaced and attracted cruel remarks about her stomach, the actress refused to let the negativity define her. Instead, she launched a campaign to promote body confidence.

In an Instagram post, Nkechi introduced the “Big Belle Challenge,” inviting women to proudly showcase their midsections. Participants are asked to share photos of their bellies, tag her account, and include the hashtag #BigBelleChallenge.

The actress will repost the top three entries and then select a grand-prize winner. To sweeten the deal, she announced that the winner will receive ₦1 million in cash.

Through this initiative, Nkechi Blessing is turning criticism into empowerment, encouraging women to embrace and celebrate their natural bodies.

She wrote:
