Ballon d’Or 2025: Mbappe reacts as Dembele beats Yamal to win the award
Real Madrid forward, Kylian Mbappe has reacted to Paris Saint-Germain’s Ousmane Dembele winning the 2025 Ballon d’Or ahead of Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal.
Mbappe and Dembele are both international teammates with the France national team.
Waploaded reports that Dembele, on Monday night in Paris, won this year’s Ballon d’Or ahead of Yamal and team-mate Vitinha.
Reacting, Mbappe, in a post on his Instagram story, said Dembele deserves to win the award a thousand times.
The France captain reposted a photo of Dembele on a PSG shirt holding the Ballon d’Or with the caption:
“It’s the emotions, my brother! You deserve x1000.”
Mbappe, meanwhile, finished in the 2025 Ballon d’Or top 10 following an impressive debut season with Real Madrid.
