Nigerian rapper and singer Crown Uzama, widely known as Shallipopi, has sparked conversations online after sharing blunt advice about relationships and money.

The music star, who founded his own record label a few years ago, posted on X (formerly Twitter) that men often run into financial trouble because of how they spend on women. According to him, the surest way to avoid such mistakes is to practice celibacy.

Shallipopi warned men against paying for the company of call girls slang he referred to as “OS” and also cautioned against excessive spending on girlfriends. He maintained that staying celibate eliminates the risk of these financial missteps.

His comments drew mixed reactions. Some followers sought clarification on the term “OS,” while others wondered how men should handle temptations involving girlfriends or casual partners.

Supporters praised the rapper’s stance, saying it made sense to save money for marriage or more meaningful commitments. Critics, however, highlighted past lyrics in which Shallipopi boasted about pursuing call girls, suggesting he may have had a change of heart.
