FUNNAB SUG notice to students on prohibition of "Drop" services during rush hours

As we continue to work towards ensuring a smooth and convenient transportation experience for all students, we have identified a pressing issue that requires immediate attention. The practice of hiring cabs or tricycles for personal use, commonly referred to as "drop," has become prevalent, particularly during rushing hours.

While we understand the desire for convenience, this practice has led to increased congestion and longer queues, causing frustration for many students.

In light of this, the Students' Union Government is issuing a directive prohibiting the use of "drop" services during rushing hours. We urge all students to respect this directive.

To ensure effective implementation, we are working in conjunction with the Nigeria Safety Cadet, Funaab command to monitor the situation at our junctions. Their presence will help maintain order and ensure compliance with this directive.

We advise students to arrive at the park early to secure transportation, especially those with 9:00 AM classes. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated.
