Internet personality, Raye, has sparked conversation online with her unconventional advice for people pursuing big goals before the year runs out.

In a recent video, she urged her followers to avoid sex for the next four months, claiming it drains energy and creates a false sense of comfort that can reduce drive and ambition. According to her, abstinence builds up tension that can be redirected into productivity and success.

Raye pointed to the example of late boxing legend Muhammad Ali, who reportedly stayed away from sexual activity before major fights to remain sharp and focused. She likened the practice to cutting off sugar when trying to lose weight, emphasizing that sacrifices are sometimes necessary to achieve meaningful results.

“If you feel like you really need to let some steam off, go to the gym. Don’t go lay on no mattress. From now until December, quit any s3xual pleasure. Quit it,” she said.
