Hilda Baci Unveils Plan To Cook 250 Bags Of Rice In Record-Breaking Jollof Pot
Nigerian celebrity chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, sparked reactions online on Monday, September 1, after announcing her plan to cook 250 bags of rice in a bid to prepare the largest pot of Jollof rice.
Baci, who previously gained global recognition for her record-breaking cooking marathon, revealed that this new attempt at setting another world record is scheduled for September 12, 2025.
According to her, the extraordinary challenge will involve using an enormous pot with dimensions of six metres in both width and height.
Sharing a video to unveil the project, she captioned it with details of the upcoming cooking event.
“The Biggest question since I announced HOW MUCH RICE? Jollof this big doesn’t happen without math. From raw rice to tomato paste, every grain counts! Watch me break down the numbers for the largest pot of Nigerian jollof ever. Come 12th September, we will all see it come together with my @ginonaija.
