Award-winning Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage, has shared heartfelt insights on how she manages the demands of her music career while raising her son, Jamil Balogun, fondly called Jam Jam.

A fan had asked the star on X (formerly Twitter) how she balances traveling for shows, recordings, and promoting her album with spending quality time with her only son.

In her response, Tiwa expressed how much she misses her son whenever work keeps her away but praised him for being incredibly understanding.

“My baby is the sweetest boy on earth, he totally understands mommy has to work. Being away from him hurts me so much, but my lil man is so understanding. And when we get to spend time together, we live life to the fullest. We’re currently in Tokyo, Japan having the time of our lives,” she wrote.

The singer further highlighted that her son’s support and maturity inspire her to give her best both as a mother and as an artist. Fans have since praised her dedication, calling her a “supermom” who balances fame with parenting.
