The Student Union Government, Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta has commenced the registration of all hostel agents operating outside the campus. This exercise is aimed at regulating the activities of agents and protecting our students from exorbitant fees.

We will not tolerate any form of extortion or exploitation of our students by unregistered agents. The Student Union Government will take decisive action against any individual or entity found violating this directive.

Let us reiterate that registration is MANDATORY and CLOSES on September 1, 2025 for all individuals parading themselves as hostel agents. Failure to register will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:

- Prohibition from operating as a hostel agent

- Reporting to the relevant authorities

- Other disciplinary actions as deemed fit by the Student Union Government

We urge all Funaabites to exercise caution when dealing with hostel agents. Please watch out for the list of registered hostel agents with the Student Union Government.
