Nigerian singer Chike Ezekpeazu Osebuka has spoken candidly about his personal life, stating clearly that marriage is not for him.

In a conversation with media personality Chude Jideonwo, the “Running” crooner said that, in his own opinion, getting married is a bad decision.

“My personal opinion, I feel it is a stupid step to get married,” he said.

Chike also touched on his definition of happiness, noting that money sits at the top of his list.

“For me to be happy, I need a lot of money,” he explained. “This is not even carnal. I like money. I want money.”

According to him, it’s not about greed but about securing the life he desires.

The singer further revealed that music was never part of his original plan. He only discovered his love for it after graduating from university, and his career has since grown steadily, making him one of the most recognisable voices in the industry known for smooth vocals and heartfelt lyrics.

On public perception, Chike acknowledged that some people see him as arrogant, but said such views don’t bother him.
