Sequel to the approval of the Senate, based on the recommendation of the Committee to Consider Students with Exhausted Residency, Spillover I and Spillover II, Management has granted approval for the conduct of Refresher Lectures and Special Re-Sit Examinations.

Accordingly, the following schedule has been approved:

• Refresher Lectures - Tuesday, 12th Saturday 16th August, 2025

• Special Re-Sit Examination - Tuesday, 19th Friday, 29th August, 2025

In view of the above, all Heads of Department are kindly requested to submit the following information for necessary action:

1. A comprehensive list of affected students, clearly indicating the course(s) registered by each student

ii. A timetable for both the Refresher Lectures and the Special Re-Sit Examinations.

The names and details of lecturers assigned to handle the respective courses.

NOTE: REINSTATEMENTS APPLICANTS WILL JOIN THE REGULAR STUDENTS BUT THEY WILL COLLECT REINSTATEMENT LETTER FROM THE ACADEMIC OFFICE
