Former Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Nelly Mbonu, has confidently described herself as the central figure of the season.

In a recent interview with Hip TV, Nelly asserted that she stood out more than anyone else during the show, except for fellow finalist Onyeka Chigbo, whom she also credited with having a strong presence.

“If we’re talking about who had the most main character energy in the BBNaija house, it’s definitely me. And after me, it’s Onyeka,” Nelly said.

Backing her up in a separate interview with the same outlet, Onyeka acknowledged Nelly’s dominance in the house.

“Nelly really gave off main character vibes in the BBNaija house. She held it down,” Onyeka remarked.

It’s worth recalling that Kellyrae emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9, taking home a ₦60 million cash prize, an SUV, and other exciting rewards. Nelly and Onyeka both reached the final stage of the competition.
