Nigerian music sensation Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has addressed and debunked a viral health rumor making rounds on social media.

The speculation began when an X (formerly Twitter) user confidently stated that the singer had undergone a bone marrow transplant. The tweet read:

“Yes, he has, but since he’s had a bone marrow transplant, I don’t think it affects him that much anymore.”

However, Adekunle Gold wasn’t letting the claim slide. He responded directly to the post, writing:

“It’s how you people say things you don’t know with so much confidence 😂. No, I haven’t done a bone marrow transplant.”

His witty and slightly amused reply quickly gained traction online, sparking conversations among fans and followers.

The rumor may have been fueled by the artist’s past revelation about living with sickle cell anemia a deeply personal story he shared in his 2022 song “5 Star.” While many praised his honesty and strength, it seems it also led to speculation regarding his health treatments.
