Małgorzata Uściłowska, known by her stage name Lanberry, is a Polish singer and songwriter whose name surged after the release of her debut single “Podpalimy świat” in September 2015, earning Gold certification in Poland.

Early Life and Education

Małgorzata Uściłowska was born on 12 February 1987 in Wyszków, Poland. She grew up in a musical environment—both her father and grandfather played piano, guitar, and violin, and she later picked up the violin herself.

Lanberry attended C. K. Norwid High School in her hometown, graduating in 2005, before moving to Warsaw, where she studied linguistics at the University of Warsaw and completed her degree in 2010.

Career

Lanberry began her music career by uploading cover songs to YouTube before forming the band Projekt NOD and releasing the album “Warsoul Experience” in 2012. After unsuccessful appearances on “The Voice of Poland” (2013) and “X Factor Poland” (2014), she signed with Universal Music Polska.

Her debut single, “Podpalimy świat” (September 2015), was certified Gold and reached number 19 on the Polish radio charts. She followed with “Każdy moment” in early 2016, then released her self-titled debut album on 4 March 2016.

The reissued version of the album (June 2017) included the tracks “Piątek” and “Only Human.” Lanberry competed in Poland’s Eurovision selection in February 2017 and placed sixth with “Only Human.”

She has since released further singles—“Ostatni most,” “Premiery,” “Gotowi na wszystko” with Feel—and albums including “Mixture” (2018), “Co Grazie” (2020), and “Heca” (2025).

Beyond her recordings, she has co-written winning Junior Eurovision entries “Anyone I Want to Be” (2018) and “Superhero” (2019) and served as a coach on “The Voice of Poland” in 2022 and 2023.
