ABU final notice on upload of credentials for admitted students, 2022/2022 & 2023/2024

The management of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (ABU) wishes to bring to the mind of students of the university community the earlier special bulletin dated 10th April, 2025 and the subsequent one dated 21st May, 2025 requesting all undergraduate students admitted in 2021/2022 and 2023/2024 academic sessions to visit the Students Registration Portal to upload the following documents:

i. JAMB Admission Letter

(Compulsory)

ii. JAMB Result

iii. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age

iv. Indigene Certificate

v. O'Level result

vi. A'Level result for DE students

vii. National I. D. Card (NIN)

viii.Notary Public Affidavit-if any

ix. Attestation-if any

(Compulsory for UTME Students) (Compulsory) (Compulsory) (Compulsory) (Compulsory for DE Students) (Compulsory)

It is unfortunately observed that many students are yet to complete the upload while others uploaded irrelevant documents that were not required.

Therefore, the affected students are requested to note the following :-

i. The documents required to be uploaded serve as student files, as such, failure to upload any of the documents will vitiate the students' documentation and records.

ii. The document will be used during final screening, thus, students who did not upload some of the documents will be termed deficient of the requirements and appropriate step will be taken.

iii. The affected students are expected to ensure that they have completed their upload with immediate effect.

iv. Student with challenge(s) on the upload or with issues concerning JAMB admission letter can come to the Admission Office for guidance and further necessary action before the expiration date.

v. Any affected student that fails to upload the documents by Wednesday, 23rd July, 2025 may result to withdrawal of his/her admission.
