“We Will Have A Big Problem”- Peller Cries Out Over N300M House Deal, Issues Fierce Warning
Popular TikTok influencer, Peller, has voiced his frustration over what appears to be a real estate scam involving a house deal worth hundreds of millions of naira.
In a now-viral video shared online, the 19-year-old content creator disclosed that he made a ₦100 million part-payment for a property originally priced at ₦300 million but offered to him at a reduced ₦200 million due to his influencer status.
According to Peller, he was assured the house would be completed shortly after the initial deposit. However, months later, no work has been done, and his request for a refund has been met with repeated excuses and delays.
Expressing his frustration, Peller said:
“About my house, we will have a big problem. The other time, I ended the livestream because I wanted to check my house. We are having a big problem, and this will lead to war.
I got a house that was supposed to go for ₦300m. They told me that because I am an influencer, we can do ₦200m. I paid ₦100m first, then the balance later. Since January, when I paid, till now, nothing has been done in the house. I asked them for a refund, they are saying it will take them some time.”
Although Peller did not mention any specific names or companies, he issued a strong warning that the situation could escalate if it remains unresolved.
This development comes shortly after his mother went viral for showcasing the building site of her future home, earning praise from fans.
