AAU SUG issues important notice to students regarding ongoing CBT tests

The Students' Union Government (SUG) wishes to inform students that following the disruptions caused by crisis among some students during the ongoing Computer Based Tests, students are hereby informed that  tests scheduled for Wednesday, 2nd July and Thursday, 3rd July 2025, which were interrupted, will be rescheduled to a later date. Students who missed their tests during the disruption will be given an opportunity to rewrite them. However, students who have already taken their tests will retain their recorded scores.

In light of the repeated disturbances, the entire CBT schedule has been restructured. The tests will now commence afresh on Thursday, 10th July 2025, and the previously missed sessions on 3rd and 4th July will be incorporated into the revised timetable.

This update also serves as a serious warning to all students: any form of violence, disruption, or misconduct will no longer be tolerated. The recent incidents involving certain faculties are under investigation, and the University Management is committed to ensuring that those responsible are held accountable.

Effective from Thursday, 10th July 2025, any student caught engaging in fighting, causing disturbances, or violating university regulations will face disciplinary actions in line with the institution's code of conduct. The Students' Union Government, in collaboration with security personnel, will be on ground to ensure order throughout the testing period. Defaulters will face the full weight of university laws without exception.

Let us all act responsibly and protect the peace and integrity of our academic environment.
