This is to inform the general public that, the commencement of the sales of admission forms into ND/HND Nursing Programme of the College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Visit the https://.sis.conssokoto.com.ng 

• Go to "Admission" tab and click (Create a profile)

• Admission form costs Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00).

Procedure for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) is as follows;

1. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 160 marks in the 2025 JAMB

2. Candidate should have a minimum of credit pass in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at O/level, WAEC and NECO. Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

3. Candidates must have chosen College of Nursing Sciences as their first choice.

4. Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under listed on the portal during registration to purchase the post UTME FORM then come along with the following to the POST UTME EXAM.

· JAMB result slip JAMB change of institution slip · WAEC/NECO results Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) JAMB Combination: PHY, CHEM & BIO

· Sales of application forms: 7th-23rd July, 2025 

Post UTME exam: 2nd August, 2025 · Release of result: 4th August, 2025 

Screening: 11th - 15th August, 2025.
